14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition of Product

We understand you need to try the product to know if it works!

• For supplements with multiple units (i.e. sachets), you may return the product as long as at least 70% of the product remains unused.
• The product must be in its original packaging.

We Pay for Shipping

If you aren’t satisfied, we will cover the cost of the return shipping label. We believe that if we didn’t meet your expectations, you shouldn’t have to pay to send it back.

How to Start a Return

1. Email hello@getroyalhoneyusa.com with your order number.
2. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
3. Once we receive the return and verify the contents, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
