Thank you for shopping with Royal Honey USA. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. All orders are shipped securely from the U.S. and transacted in U.S. dollars.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Our fulfillment team packages orders Monday through Friday to get your natural energy essentials to you as fast as possible:

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday, will be packaged and processed the same day before our courier pickup.
  • Next Business Day: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or during weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following secure shipping options within the United States. Standard and Express tiers are fully available for all orders:

  • Free Shipping (Orders $60 & Over): 5 to 7 business days — FREE
  • Standard Shipping (Available for All Orders): 3 to 5 business days — $9.99
  • Express Shipping (Available for All Orders): 1 to 3 business days — $19.99

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided directly by the carrier and are not fully guaranteed. Weather anomalies, regional courier backlogs, or unexpected carrier issues can occasionally cause external delays.

3. Discreet Packaging (Our Promise)

We deeply respect and value your personal privacy. Every single order we fulfill is shipped in a plain, completely unmarked mailer or cardboard box. The return address on the shipping label will be listed neutrally as RH Fulfillment Center to ensure total discretion at your doorstep. No one will know what is inside the package but you.

4. Order Tracking

When your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email. This email contains your dedicated carrier tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can also sign in to your store account at any time—or use our dedicated Track Your Order page if you prefer not to sign in—to monitor your live order fulfillment status.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We proudly support our community and military personnel; we fully accept and deliver shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via standard domestic shipping routes.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 3 business days after its estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately at hello@getroyalhoneyusa.com. Our care team will open a formal investigation with the courier and work tirelessly to resolve the issue or secure a replacement package for you as quickly as possible.
